Residential Delivery/ Business Delivery

When you place your order by 12:00 pm Monday thru Friday, we will deliver your product same day. On Saturday, please order by 10:00 am for same day delivery. Please remember to give us any specific delivery instructions when you are placing the order.

If you place an order today for tomorrow delivery, all orders placed will be delivered by end of day.

Sometimes your recipient may not be home or at work. In that case, we may leave your gift in a safe place, with a neighbor or leave a message to call us. We cannot guarantee your delivery will arrive at a specific time of day.

Substitution

Because of flower availability and/or out-of-stock items, it may be necessary for us to substitute a certain flower or container in your order.

We will always maintain the integrity of the original design to the best of our ability.

Arrangement Care

We guarantee your arrangement will last for 3 to 5 days.

A little extra care will make a big difference in your enjoyment of these flowers – Keep the vase filled to the top with clean water. If your arrangement is in a basket or in a shallow dish, please keep the floral foam saturated.

Keep your arrangement in a cool place and out of direct sunlight.
65 to 70 degrees is optimal. Keep away from heating or cooling vents, fans, appliances, and radiators.

Remove fading blooms and foliage.
Some flowers last longer than others. To keep your entire arrangement looking fresh, simply pluck any fading flowers.

Green Plant / Blooming Plant / Orchid Plant Care

Guarantee: Plants are guaranteed to be in excellent condition. Within the first 5 days, we will replace any plant that is having any problems.

Keep soil moist; water thoroughly when soil is dry to touch, draining excess water.
Prefers bright diffused sunlight, do not expose to direct sun.
Place in warm location, avoiding excessive hot and cold areas.

Set plant on a saucer or dish to protect furniture from water.
